Jean-Pierre Braganza studied fine art in Canada before moving to London to study at the prestigious Central St Martins College. Upon graduation he worked with Roland Mouret where he honed his tailoring and draping skills.

He debuted his label in 2004 at London Fashion Week. Braganza’s design philosophy is based on obsession with the human form. He has developed a signature style incorporating modern tailoring and drape, structured architectural panels and complex prints which were all distinctively evident in his collection at Somerset House. Indeed, the array of aesthetic combinations that were paraded on the catwalk are testament to his skill as a designer.

It has been noted that Braganza’s darkly glamorous aesthetic draws inspiration from the organic and the technologic. His collection was extremely popular with the audience in particular the pieces featured below.
