We couldn’t have been more excited to have legendary fashion director, Hilary Alexander agree to style our SS13 shoot.

One of the industry's most powerful women and with a Twitter following of 237,789 (and rising), Hilary, quite simply is fashion.

BIOG: BRITAIN'S LADY OF FASHION

Originally from New Zealand, Hilary started writing at just 16 years old on the Manawatu Evening Standard. She quickly won recognition – and awards – for her writing, moving on to write for national broadsheets before heading to Australia, China and Hong Kong
In 1984, she landed on British soil and took up the position of fashion editor at the Daily Telegraph. She became fashion director in 2003 - a role she held for 16
years, earning herself a reputation as a true fashion doyenne
Always a passionate stylist, Hilary has styled fashion shoots all over the world, including Guatemala, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Cambodia and Kenya.

Hilary has twice been named British Fashion Journalist of the Year at the British Fashion Awards and received the Eugenia Sheppard Award for journalism from the CFDA. She was also awarded the title of Visiting Professor by the University of the Arts and an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Design by Nottingham Trent University. She is a member of the British Fashion Council’s management and press committees and a regular expert attendee and speaker at London Fashion Week and Vodafone London Fashion Weekend. In fact, this season she’ll be styling many of the catwalk shows so book your tickets now.
