YOLKE

YOLKE launched in the Spring of 2013. Combining contemporary textiles with wearable and well made clothing in elegant fabrics. Yolke was created to provide desirable products that take responsibility for their origin. We aim to offer classic tailoring and luxe home accessories that complement contemporary living. Everything from the silk jacquard fabric of the cushions to the buttons on the shirts has been woven and dyed, finished and stitched in the UK using specialist factories and suppliers; from cushions in the Cotswolds to blankets in Yorkshire. As a result, the Yolke brand and its products are synonymous with high quality bespoke designs.

Founders Heloise Ringner and Anna Williamson herald from backgrounds in fashion and interior design respectively. Heloise, a textile designer, graduate of Central Saint Martins and Temperley London alumni brings her creativity to the prints and weaves at the heart of the brand, whilst Anna, starting out in Fashion PR looking after the likes of Roberto Cavalli made the transition into the world of interiors working for creative stalwart Alidad.           

Presented in complimenting colours and fabrics YOLKE blurs the boundaries between fashion and home, placing a fresh and playful take on once traditional practices of silk and wool weaving.
